As we all know, It has been a long journey for Lara Croft, and thanks to Crystal Dynamics she is back on track. So finally we get to see into her next installment, Tomb Raider: Underworld. Looks very...well..it looks like she is going back to her roots.

Look, I have a love/hate relationship with Jenga. From the oodles of fun I had since childhood, to the amazing drinking game that plays like King's Cup, but with Jenga, I've had good times with the sorta-board game. However, there is terrible Wii and Ds versions of Jenga. Well, now it looks like there is a crazy Donkey Kong version of Jenga, with two different play styles. Players can play normal Jenga, or they can play some special rules version to try and save Pauline. Nifty. Expect it September.

Thanks Kotaku!

So everyone knows that Disney is making a Prince of Persia movie. Well thanks to JustJared, we now get a look at the Prince as played by Jake Gyllenhall..who apparently wears no shirt during the whole movie. For those of you not wanting to see Jake half-naked, I apologize. But what do you think, a faithful adaptation of the original prince?

That's right kids, if there is one thing that the gaming community loves; it's rumors. Fresh off the block from 1up, rumors of the next Batman game have surfaced. As expected, the game is going to be based off the highly successful movie, and is being developed by Pandemic Studios (responsible for Mercenaries 2).

According the 1UP's source the game may be set in an open world rendition of Gotham, and will take place after the last movie. Don't hold your breath though, this game is really just one BIG rumor as EA has refrained from acknowledging it's existence.

I just hope that it is one huge rumor, I don't want to see one of the greatest movies tarnished by some crappy offshoot game. Unless Christopher Nolan is directing it, then it's f**king gold.

I'm just going to say this up-front: I hate cellphone games. In fact, I hate them with such a passion that it pains me to actually be intrigued and amused by this commercial. Maybe it's just the fact that I am a sucker for Metal Gear Solid, or I have loved finger puppets since I was a kid.

But this commercial for Metal Gear Ac!d: Save the world is absolutely hilarious. It's good to see that Konami isn't afraid to poke fun at itself, and still has the ability to catch my interest. Even if it's just another stupid mobile game...

Look, we at Uber Games don't consider ourselves to be a Cheap Ass Gamer, but we know a good deal when we hear one. News from our mole planted in the electronics department in Target (and the Sunday ads!), we've got news that 1600 Microsoft Points cards, normally selling for $19.99, are going for a cheaper $14.99. While not exactly the jaw-dropping, the deal is enough there that if you buy three cards, you can get awesome game Braid for free. Which is awesome.

Look, I'm not really the biggest Star Trek fan out there, but I will admit I like it a whole lot more than I like Star Wars. So that's why when Cryptic announced a Star Trek Online, I was mildly interested. And with this video, I'm really interested. I mean, Borgs, Klingons, where can you go wrong. Ok, you can go really wrong, but hopefully this will be better than Star Wars: Galaxies, because that was poop.

You spend three hours trying to defeat the final boss. Seven bathroom trips and 10 energy drinks later you finally do it. Triumphant, you jump onto of your couch pointing to the screen and shouting a glorious victory call. Then, the screen goes blank and you are treated to your reward. The fabled video game ending, and it is absolutely-

Crappy.

We all know that feeling, but if you thought modern-day video game endings were bad, check this blast from the past. My favorite has to be the Jason game.

Pachter slaps E3
I think E3 should be allowed to die, and not dragged out every year like the geriatric octogenarian patriarch at family Christmases. We have other shows, and the sterilisation of E3 has rendered it embarrassing and practically useless. It was never meant to be a corporate conference, but a celebration of all things game. It is no longer the party it used to be and the booth babes have moved on to younger, fitter models. Consign it to the history books and let us remember it as it used to be. -- mandrill

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom trailer
WHAT?! WHAT is with Capcom and this DBZ Budokai/tenkaichi/burst limit style thing now? Omfg... after this and SF4, Guilty gear and SNK are going to be, like, the last /true/ 2d fighters. which hurts my soul. -- TSC

It's offical, the end has come
Just when I get used to saying "Actiblizzion" now I have to insert Vivendi in there? I guess its going to be: "Activivendibizzion" -- Dylan
